Story Behind the Name “Vicky”

A BCA graduate, with a passion of cooking, decided to start a small food shack to share his love for food with others. “The start was scary, the journey filled with hurdles; but it was the smile on our customers’ faces that helped us push through. And today, we are standing strong with a family of more than a 100 loyal customers; which to be honest sounds like a dream to the ‘me’ from 2020, who thought of walking on the uncertain path of starting a business after becoming unemployed during the Covid-19 surge.”(Vicky, founder/ Head Chef; Vicky’s kitchen, as of 2023) Vicky has always believed in bringing new and authentic flavors to accommodate all. He keeps on experimenting new recipes to make sure you never miss out. Perseverance, passion and ambition are what made Vicky’s kitchen a known name and ‘Vicky Bhaiya’ everyone’s go to name in the tiny town of Kota. Today Vicky is looking at the sky, in hopes of reaching the heights.

We at Vicky’s kitchen always believe in evolving, so here’s a sneak peek into what we hope our future looks like.

• Our goal is to reach the hearts of many, hence, we plan to expand our branches all over the city (and possibly the county).

• We appreciate a good taste palate, and to promote the same we would like to introduce many national and international cuisines to our menu.

• Here at Vicky’s kitchen, we believe at accommodating all, so we would like to introduce a different dining experience with a unique theme at all of our branches. So you never run out of options and never get bored of us.
